2021 - Steadfast Noon Exercise, Aviano/Italy

Aviano is home to USAF's 555th (Triple Nickel") Fighter Squadron and the 510th ("Buzzards") Fighter Squadron, both operating F-16 Fighting Falcons. In 2021 aircraft from various other NATO-member states deployed to Aviano for NATO’s yearly deterrence exercise, codenamed “Steadfast Noon”.
